Returns & exchanges
While we genuinely hope that you love everything you order from us, sometimes it isn’t quite right. When this is the case, you have 14 days from the day you receive your items to return them to us. After the 14-day period, the purchase is considered final and cannot be returned anymore.
Return
If you are not satisfied with an item and would like to return it, you are required to add the returnform to the package when returning one of our products. Any return without a return form will not be processed.
How to return:
- Fill out the return form stating your name, order number, date, article number, size, quantity and reason of return.
We will refund your money within 14 business days. Note: If you send us your entire order back, you will receive the purchase amount including shipping costs back. If you return a part of your order, you will only receive the purchase amount of the returned items. - Send your package to the following address:

The shipping costs are at the customer’s expense.
Note: Returned item(s) must be unworn, unwashed, unused, in original condition with all labels/tags attached and returned within 14 days of receiving your product. FIERZ Sportswear reserves the right to refuse returned items.
Returns for items purchased through FIERZ Sportswear are only accepted via post and not in person.
Exchange
For exchange you can return the order as stated above and order the right product on our website. After we receive the return we will refund your money within 14 business days.
